Saintwoods/Digital and MOOG AUDIO are proud to present: “EASY – HEATSHOCK” the remix competition

In support of our latest release Saintwoods/Digital is giving you the stems to this epic electro rock anthem and asking you to put your unique spin on it.

The winner will get a free copy of Ableton Intro courtesy of our pals over at MOOG AUDIO as well as their winning track featured on the full EP release and all related marketing materials.

Three runners up will also have their tracks featured on the release which will include remixes by Canada’s Barletta, Paul David, Love Thy Brother and Ireland’s Two Charming Men

Remixers will have 1 month starting friday to do some damage after which our panel of judges, which will include Barletta, Paul David, the Saintwoods team and Moog Audio, will make their announcements at the end of August.

About the Band:

Easy is a four piece rock n’ roll band formed in 2009 in Toronto, Canada. With Hans Edquist and Sarah Miniaci on vocals, Paul David on guitar and Aiden Tranquada keeping the beat, the tunes of Easy have soaring singalong chorus hearts, sweepingly psychedelic blood and stadium sweet bass kicks that’ll make you dance ’til you can’t dance no more.

This one is a huge banger ; if you don,t have it in tyour library well… you know  what to do !

Afrojack never stops to amaze me — even though I’m not a huge fan of dutch house — but this one is just really impressive.  It goes a bit more towards house & techno than mere pure dutch house — the fusion of the genres is really good on that one. Don’t be disappointed if you’re looking for a massive banger too cause this one is going to drop like an H-Bomb on the D-Floor. ;-)

Rubix sent us his new track in our inbox two days ago.  I think that in a music scene  more and more submerged by the pseudo-trendy dutch house this new track, Disco Electronique, is to me like fresh air, reviving my soul, and stimulating my senses.

It makes me think a bit of the bloody beetroots, but as rubix said himself :

RUBIX :  ”A bit different from the rest of my productions but I when I heard the Bloody Beetroots Album I had to make this track.”
